In the first edition of IN KITCHEN WITH ZEST, organised with the collaboration of Cristina Galliti (Poverimabelliebuoni) Mediterranea Belfiore invited its loyal customers and enthusiastic cooks together with food bloggers to create recipes with one or more products from Mediterranea Belfiore.
Many participated in the contest by sending very intriguing recipes for appetizers, finger food, pasta dishes, soups and main dishes!
On March 21st, a special jury was established of our friends Deborah Corsi chef for La Perla del Mare restaurant (San Vincenzo), Luisanna Messeri, the cook of the Club delle Cuoche on AliceTV and the owner of the Club delle Cuoche cookery school in Rome, Paola Mencarelli, food journalist for Foodies guide, Gambero Rosso, Irene Arquint, food journalist, Il Tirreno, Acquabuona.it, Giorgio Dracopulos, La Tavolozza del Gusto, Il Corriere del Vino. They all met at our offices to judge the finalist dishes prepared by their creators and they awarded the three winners.
Last but not least, Luisanna Messeri presented her book “Te la do io la mia cucina” and she charmingly replied to all the questions from an attentive and curious audience that crowded the hall.
